Oh no! Dinner and I did not mix well

I decided to grill boneless, thin pork chops on the grill with my dinner by design seasonings. Usually, I bake them but always over cook them and they're too tough. Thought they'd be more moist cooked on the grill. They were yummy, only ate about 1/3 of a chop, but it tasted fabulous. Problem is, my pouch sure doesn't like it. I am hurting and wish I could  or

Won't be making those again anytime soon, or if I do, I won't be eating them. Hubby did love them though!

Could be that maybe you didnt chew them up well enough or ate too fast?  I get that horrible feeling when I do that.

One thing I learned about grilling too.... If you cook yours in a foil pouch sorta, it keeps them alot more moist and they seem to be easier on my pouch.

I hope you feel better soon.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Yep Tracy. I'm sure I didn't do something right, chewing/speed, something. It's a painful reminder that I have to still watch what and how I eat!

I have the same problem if I eat pork loin (no matter how it is cooked).  What is weird I can eat pork chops, pork ribs, etc, but if it is the loin it makes me sick.   Melissa I hope you start feeing better.

First of all - Melissa, love your new avi!

Next time, use some sauce for yours.  The more moist, the better.  I have found that I can't eat most meats without sauce of some kind to keep it moist.  Dip your fork in low sugar BBQ sauce before you spear a bite.  That's what helps me.
