Help with avatar pic please

I want to change my avatar pic but it keeps saying the pic is too big.I have no idea how to size it down.Can someone help me?Thanks Val

I resized mine w./ shareware i got on the internet...
i believe you're gonna have to resize it b4 you can post....
google resize images and you should come up w/ something that will help ya
