My Friday

Hi friends. I was hoping to see you all tomorrow, but I'm not sure if that's going to work out. Mikey has a trombone lesson at 2pm, and I promised Mike I would take him to it, so he could watch the NFL draft this weekend. He has really picked up the slack for me last week, when I wasn't doing well, so he deserves a break on this. So we'll see what happens.

Yesterday I was actually productive at home for a good while. Got things picked up a good bit and got to the grocery store. The cats had no food and were getting pretty vocal about it by the evening. Poor kitties.

Later I crashed and watched a DVD of a comedian I had rented from Family Video. I don't remember his last name... Gabriel Somthing. He's a big, Mexican guy. Funny as all get out. Actually made me smile.

Mike reminded me yesterday evening that it marked 13 years since the day we got engaged. He said even with all we've been through, he'd still go through it again with me. How sweet.

I to love Gabriel i love his story about the to fat and furious and the rollercoaster ride,he has nice clean humor and im glad it made you smile.
Mike sounds so sweet and definantely your soul mate.

I agree. There's no one like Gabiel to help you find a bright side to things. I love it when he does his thing about pretending to be the front desk at a hotel to his friend. He is so good at doing female voices! LOL! He was on the last comic standing a few years ago and got kicked off for talking to his gf on his cell phone. Cell phones were suppose to be a no-no. Bill & I figured that they had to find an excuse to kick him off because none of the others had a chance with him on there. If you check on the Comedy chanel, he has some specials on there.

I'm glad that you have found something to smile about. I hope each day, you are able to find that something.

Linda, if you do decide to go, you can ride with my husband and I over there. We will most likely not stay real long since I have so much to do at home this weekend. I know you don't really know us but, if you would consider a ride then we can get to know each other. Anytime we have a function in Indpls since we both live in TH we could ride together anytime. Heck, it's nothing for my hubby because he drives to Indpls (carmel) to work and back each week day. It sounds like you have a sweetheart just like mine. I'll have to rent that dvd with Gabriel from the Family Video store.
