Avon question

This is totally off the subject of WLS or well, it may be along with it because us women love to look beautiful but, I am thinking of extra income opportunities and just wanted to question everyone about if you use AVON, how popular it still is and if I was to become a rep, would anyone be intersted in having me as their rep? I haven't done anything yet and was approached by a Mary Kay rep to get involved in that but, I don't always wear makeup and AVON has so much more to offer that is more reasonably priced. They have clothes and jewelry now and well, I am thinking about doing it on the side part-time to make some money.
So, I'm not advertising, I am just curious on if my OH buddies would be interested in some AVON.

My mom sells it and has for years. If I order something, I usually order from her. I tend to order more during the holiday time, when they have great gifts, etc.

Yeah, I do too. I figure that so many people must already have a rep so I just don't know what to do or if this is something I want to do or not?  Thanks for responding and I forgot to say........ CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!  on the new job. Hope your son feels better real soon.

I sell Avon and I love their products.  I just started selling it myself about a month ago.  Right now I'm not making anything off of it because I'm trying so many new products.  But I'm getting these products for free so it is saving me money.  I've always used Avon make-up.  My mother has always used it and so has my sister.  My Avon lady kept switching so I couldn't buy my stuff.  That's why I signed up to sell it, just so we could all have a reliable representative to purchase our items through.

If you do decide to sell it, I'll share some of the things I've learned about the products I like.  There are a few that I really, really like since having my surgery.  I had never really used any of their skin care products but there are some really amazing things.  My gobbler isn't nearly as noticable!

I have a friend who is a rep, so I buy from her.  That's how it works.  You get your friends, neighbors, co-workers, church members, and family to buy from you.  Then they usually stay loyal to you.  I don't wear make-up, but Avon has lots of other great things.  I love their cologne's and SSS products.

I love avon it is a weakness of mine.
I sold it along time ago when the boys were babies.
I love to look at the books for days and mark what i want but always forget to place my order....duh
I did well selling to neighbors friends and family.
My problem was i never made a profit i spent it all on avon.........

I would rather buy AVON then Mary Kay.. but I buy from a lady in my church when I need something... Avon is better priced and much better in the different things they offer!!
