WOW : I ran today....

I know some of you say big deal but for me it's a huge deal. I've not run since I was a child and I ran. It was only 5 minutes because I didn't wanna go into a huge asthma attack since my asthma is acting so so but it was good for me. I enjoyed it and I did it. It was real neat hehehehe I'm soo frigging excited. I never would have dreamed 2 years ago that I'd be able to run without hurting (aside from the blisters on my heels from my gym shoes being too big).

LMBO, unfortunately the girls was one of the first things to go (the other being my butt). The other day we were listening to Queen and Fat bottomed girls came on and I changed the words to Flat LOL.

BE Careful!!!  My sisters step daughter in Shelbyville was jogging yesterday and a truck backed up and hit her on purpose!!! I just happened to be caught on the school tape that tapes the road in front!!! The police caught the guy and he is in BIG trouble.. she broke several ribs and is all cut up..  There are nuts out there!!
