This should be Happy Humpty Dumpty day. I can't seem to stay out of the bathroom  grrrrrrrrrrrr. I wonder about doing protien shakes and cutting some stuff out of my diet for now until I stop with the loose bowels (TMI). Aren't we all in such need of support with each other and so fortunate as well. I know that I can come on here and gripe and complain and you guys will always make me feel better. I also love to be able to uplift and support anyone who needs it. That saying, Love makes the world go around is true. Did you know that Love is the strongest emotion there is? The 3 most powerful words are "I Love You".
I have a friend who is fighting diverticulitis right now so, I want to send up prayers for her as well as for all of us today and everyday.
The sunshine is out today so, come on sun and dry up all the crappy weather and feelings we have.

if we both aren't better saturday... i spose they can just stick us in the corner together so noone gets our "cooties" hahahah!!! we'll be "the fun bunch" hahahah!!!

Good afternoon!  I woke up this morning with pink eye...not fun.  I'm still trying to figure out how I got it but none of my kids have it.  Yuck.   Oh well.  Eye drops 3x a day and I should be fine.

Sorry Lisa and Sherri...I noticed after I replied to Melissa and Jeannie that I was repeating what both of you had already said.  I guess that's what I get for not reading all the way to the bottom before I start replying!

I need to start going through my closet and gathering clothes for the exchange this weekend....it will be here before I know it!

Other than the pink eye, I'm doing okay I guess.  Going through quite a long stall right now, but I haven't been exercising either so I know how to fix it - I just gotta do it!

How about you?  How are you doing after your recent surgery and hubby's health scare?

As long as I can get rid of the pink eye by then I plan on being there Saturday.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Hi surgery sis!  I don't know if you were talking to me, or to one of the other gals that have "cooties" - LOL

If you were talking to me, shingles can last up to a couple of months unfortunately.  Ugh....  This freakin' hurts!!!

Ouch, Christie!  I've felt your pain.  I had shingles that went up my spine and around the right side and under my right breast.  I believe it was in 1997.  Most of my blisters were inside.  Lived on Davocet.  I also took a pill for 7 days that cost $55 each pill.  don't remember the name---been way too long ago!  I haven't had them since.  It took forever for the dr to figure out what I had.  They kept saying gallbladder.  But then I started breaking out.  I couldn't wear a bra either because the breakout was exactly where the elastic went around my body.  Oh they were sooooo painful.  I also worked because I didn't have an option!  However did I do it?

I wish I could come to the clothing exchange this weekend but it just isn't possible.  I have a large group of people coming over on Sunday and have so much to do to get ready.  Have fun!

I was to go to the surgeon today about the ERCP scope that I am needing to have to have Mr. Oddie fixed.  They called me around 1:00 and cancelled as the surgeon had an immediate family member just die unexpectedly.  So now I go next Wednesday.  I am still having extreme pain that has made me pass out!  I am very careful with what I eat and how much and when. 

Sherri, I may have missed it but what have you found out at Mayo?  Hopefully something good!
