Hello. I was curious if anyone else has had menstrual changes after surgery? I realize i'm getting to "THAT" age but... ?? I"m almost 1 yr out. Please let me know. thanks so much.

I started getting my cycles regularly (whereas before I didn't because I have PCOS). Now that I'm almost 2 years out and my cycles are starting to get a little bit longer but they're still coming each month.

Mine were regular up until about 11 months out. Now they come every two weeks. Talk about tired of seeing it. I just wi**** would go back to once a month. Good thing I dont have a man, he would be p'ed off. LOL.

Funny you should ask that, I have my Yearly on thursday. I ahve the Mirena IUD and have had it since feb 21 08. the last 4 months or so I have it for about 3 weeks out of the month. WTF! So I am talking w/ Dr. Perry about it on thursday.

Welcome to He!! I went to the doctor in October for my physical and asked for the depo shot. With all the pills I was slamming down someone we know couldn't remember to take her birth control pill! LOL Anyway, I'm on my 3rd or 4th shot now and the only thing regular about my cycles is I buy supplies regularly! I asked my Dr last week when I was in for my shot why I'd been on my cycle since 2/28 - I was told first I'm an overachiever! LOL Then he politely told me loosing 162 lbs would send ANYONE's cycle into a whirlwind. It should even out in another couple of months... asked if he was going to keep me in "supplies" until it stopped!! LOL I love my Doctor!!

Thanks so much. This is driving me insane. I am going to call the doc and make an appt.. ha ha Wow, I had Dr Gupta too and I live in Anderson. I just love it. I"ve lost 85 pounds so far and feel wonderful!! Thanks again
