Hives and presurgery nerves!!!!

Ever since I was told of my surgery date, i have been a nervous wreck and have hives on my neck and upper chest that has been driving me crazy for THREE weeks....
i am miserable and just can't seem to calm myself down..
any suggestions... i just can't take this anymore????

Theres a medication called Vistaril. It's an antihistamine that helps with anxiety. See if your PCP will give it to you.

I agree with Misty, see your pcp. My sis has had this problem daily for years, finally a few months ago she seen her pcp about it and was given a prescription that helped her greatly.
