TGIF!!!!

Boy, everyone sure is busy this morning! That just shows us how much busier our lives become after WLS. Before we couldn't do much of anything, and now just look at us! What a wonderful tool we have!
I have to work today. Joy joy joy! Thats ok, because I am thankful to have a job. Praying that those in need find the comfort they are searching for. Also praying for my sister and bil. today is his cancer surgery, so keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Not much happening here this weekend. Tonight is a birthday party at a restaurant for my SIL so that should be great fun. I need to get myself together and start going to the gym more and I'm excited about that.

I saw my hematologist a couple days ago and she said that my iron levels are still lower than normal but not terribly low (guess the 10 infusions in the end of last year and early part of this year stored some) but I have to have my levels checked again in a couple months to make sure that my body is keeping it. So that is exciting.

I had a sinus CT on Wednesday and I got a call from my allergist yesterday afternoon telling me I need to follow up with my ENT about possibly having another sinus surgery because he said my CT looked terrible. He put me on 2 antibiotics to try and kick the infection even though I'd been on antibiotics for the past 3 weeks already. NOT fun stuff I really hate going to the ENT they use this little rubber hose thing and go up into my sinuses and as bad as my anxiety has gotten, I'm terrified of having someone that close to my face.

Overall things are going pretty decent, I have been terribly aggitated lately and I don't understand why, I guess it is all part of this depression and stuff I've had going on.

I love the weather been up and gone to lowes and walgreens and i wonna go again to yard sales or somewhere.
Christie i love drive inns the one near us just reopened last year and i cant wait 2 movies for the price of 1 and the great outdoors to boot.
Frankie i have children and Lucas says if he has to make a decision about mine and Neils care we get old we are nursing home bound(brat)i loved my gmal and the older she got the cuter she got and we laughed with her alot ...

Hi,
 I am trying to cope as best I can. I miss our boy terribly- no need to leave the light on for him; no silly notes, no cooking his fahetias at 5am. & waking me up with the "smell"; so much we miss, but we know he is at peace now with God.
we leave for Hawaii at 4 am. tomorrow- I am not packed, don't know what to take. I plan to go para sailing for him- we talked alot about it, & he wanted to do it, so I am going to- even if I pee my pants- I'm going to do it ! He said "I want to feel what it is like to soar to the heavens like an eagle" so I am going to do it!!!!!Yikes, I am scared already.
Have our first grief session yesterday- don't know what we'd do without our dear family, church & friends.
Off to go look at monuments- his bio-dad whats a fireman's one-7,000, but doesn't want to caught up any money- who knows if Ins. will pay because of situation- it is in God's hands, like our Nick is. You can see a photo on my profile of what a great guy he was. He donated organs so others will live- I am so proud to be his Grammy. The devil may have shoved him down the stairs, but GOD caught him!!!!
Clinging to John 3;16- we don't grieve as those with no hope- our hope is in the Lord.
