Sure Happy It's Thursday!!
But don't use the title of this post as an acronym.... ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/bugeye.gif)
I was a slug last night - I don't know why I was so tired, but I laid on the bed about 5:00 to just relax and read my book. I had a salad for dinner, and had a bit of a tummy ache. Next thing I know, here it is 5 AM and time to get up and start all over again!
Good luck to Sabrena today - I'm sure she'll do fine, and I scooched over my big behind to make room on the loser's bench.
Good day to all my friends, and choose to make it a great day!!
Hugs!!

Good morning all, though I don't know what's so good about it. Zachary was awake 3 times last night crying, then finally at 5:30 spiked a fever and has ear drainage. At least I know why he wasn't sleeping, darn ear infections. So we're up early watching Wonder Pets.
Today is my 4 month post op appt with Dr. E. I am going to stop up and see Sabrena after my appointment. I'm also scooching over to make room on the loser's bench for her and Wendy.

Hey all....Christie, glad you got some rest....Melissa, sorry you didn't. I hope Zachary feels better today.
I'm on my way back to the hospital to see Mom. She made it to the loser's bench, but not without some difficulty. She whizzed through the surgery, but is having a lot of problems with her kidneys. She's hanging on to every bit of fluid that she takes in ( IV and orally), but with very minimal output....She has renal insufficiency and congestive heart failure.
SO, I'm trying to beat the kidney Dr. there so I can be there when he sees her....and translate medical speak for her. :-)
Have a great day!

Michelle, I hope they figure out a game plan for your mom and that she's able to start pottying soon! ;o)
Also, looking very forward to seeing you on Monday at the cooking class. I think Christie and I are going to meet up for dinner before hand, interested in joining us??

Good morning all.
I just dropped the kids off at school and have my morning planned out to look for more places to apply for work. I am a hoping to get some things done here too. I need to try to get some spring cleaning done and sort thru some things. I cant stand clutter. So I need to get some things packed up to take to the mission and finish getting things ready for the clothing exchange.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.
Michelle, please keep us informed about your mom.
Huge hugs,
Tracy

"Time to Make the Doughnuts", or in my case, time to make the "Dough" anyway. Gotta go back to work after 5 wonderful and glorious days off. I need to get back to work, so I can get some rest! LOL
Supposed to get the test results in on Mollys bloodwork. Keep the prayers going for her. She is worried, as we all are. She is strong tho, and will be fine.
Went to my 15 month check-up. I am now released to go back in 1 year! I am still at 135#, so that means I still haven't lost or gained any in 2 months. Dr. Shina said that was perfect and that I am the "poster-child" for WLS and my success. I truly believe that I am successful only in using this board as a guide and tool as well as what was implanted inside me. With that being said, I need to thank each and every one of you on here.......no matter what stage of the process you are in! Without each of you, your support, and your stories, I honestly don't think I would have done as well. That is what we are here for, support. Thanks again!
Gotta run!

Sure we can Jeanna - it's in our book - we can have lettuce, therefore, we can have salad. We can snack on raw veggies now too. I've been eating salads for nearly 2 months now.
Choose dressings that are low in carbs, fats, and sugars. I also buy the finely diced ham at the grocery in the meat department and sprinkle that on my salads for extra protein. Since lettuce is mostly water, the dietician at St. V's said I could have a cup of lettuce at a time. (I probably eat slightly more than that though....)
