is drinking while you're eating bad for you?
I know that when I eat and drink together, I either get the foamies, or I all out vomit. Neither is fun, but I hate the foamies more then vomiting.
I am not really sure what it will do to your pouch, but I just know how my pouch/body reacts.
You might want to consider doing your 30 before and after. It took me about 4 months to figure out why I kept getting sick, and then I finally figured it out and even now at a year out, I still find myself eating and drinking and then in the bathroom
. Hope this helps.

The beauty of a woman is not seen through what she wears. It is seen through how she carries herself and the way she doesn’t allow herself to settle. Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!

You absolutely shouldn't eat and drink at the same time. It compltely flushes out all that is in your pouch......swoosh right out, and then you can eat more and you get hungrier faster. For me its just uncomfortable anyway but I just don't do it.

I dont know that it does anything to the pouch itself but if you drink while you eat, your food washes out of your stomach much more quickly, yo can eat more, you get hungry sooner, and you are at risk for snacking. I also believe that it keeps you from getting all the nutrients from the food that you are eating.

Do you enjoy AVON but dont have anybody to order from, Try my estore www.youravon.com/uthompson or message me for more info.
Dont let someone's opinion of you become your reality
This is what I was told about drinking after or during eating.
It will stretch the opening from your pouch to your intestine. The same area that your surgeon made small so that your food would leave your pouch slower so that you stay full longer. Once you have stretched the opening what you are left with is basically no pouch just a longer intestine. Your food will immediately begin to be digested hence you will be hungry way sooner.
