Good morning all!
Well..I get to call Dr. Mangan back today. He's the doctor at Mayo Clinic. No, there hasn't been any improvement. So..I guess it's back to the drawing board for them. I need Dr. House..lol. Hey, that's better than Dr. G!
I had recorded the series finale of ER and watched it yesterday. Would you believe it that Bill came in the livingroom & watched it with as much interest as I had in it???? Tiffany & I had watched ER when it first came out 15 years ago. When Bill & I got together, he was very picky on what he was willing to watch. In the last few years, he has really broadened his scope! To think, we could had been watching ER together all of these years! I think shows like Dr. G, CSI, and House has given Bill a wider appreciation for what is offered on TV.
After work, Bill & I are going to drive up to Lebanon and try to be there for Ellen & Dana. Of course, I will be bringing with me the well wishes of all of you with me for them.

I am hoping for a calm day. I was supposed to go to Vincennes today. It's snowing. I don't think I have that much courage today. I can't think of getting on the highway today for a longer trip in the snow without my heart pounding. Work's just gonna have to understand.
Good Morning Sherri and all,
I spent all day Saturday painting ceilings in the dining room and living room and not done yet. Tonight I need to continue so I can get the house put back together. My body ached so bad yesterday morning when I got up that I had to jump in the hot tub before church.
Yesterday was a fantastic day. I want to thank you and everyone for the birthday wishes. Brenda provided the refreshments for church and the entire congregation sang Happy Birthday. We then went out to lunch with the pastor and about 10 other people. Then we decided to go to the casino and played for 5 hours. Didn't win but had a great time.
I'm so busy at work that I don't know what to do next. Just got a 5% raise last payday so I guess they're trying to get their moneys worth. Luckily my boss is on vacation this week.
Well, I better get busy. Hope everyone has a great day.

Yes please tell Dana and Ellen we are sending our love. I can not get off work and go without 3 weeks advance notice.. and of course those are hard to come by with medical emergancies.. Even with my sisters illness I have trouble being there for her with everything but so far have managed to do all the day time stuff for her.
I have ER taped on my DVR too.. it is so sad to see a good thing go but it was the BEST that they brought back the oldies and the goodies at the end to say good by to.

I hope the Dr has some new ideas for you. I'm really sorry that your current treatment regimin didn't work out. I'm with you, sometimes you wish House was real. Please tell Ellen and Dana I'm thinking of them.
Linda V. I think you are right to follow your instincts on how ready you are to face certain challenges. Trust yourself to know when you are ready. I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts.
