Thursday
Good morning all!
It's my Friday! I just love having Fridays off!
It's suppose to start raining here afterwhile. I forgot to bring my umbrella in so I guess I'll run out to the parking lot on lunch. The 5 day outlook really looked messy for the Indiana area.
Did you guys catch that on the news the other night about the breaks you can get if you buy a new car this year? There's like a stimulus break when you buy it...plus a break on your taxes. Woo-hoo. With Bill getting the inheritance from his mom..and us with us not having any kids at home, we need all the tax breaks we can get. We'll have medical to itimize next year thanks to Mayo..and I believe there are still some breaks for energy savings if you re-side your house (I know there is for windows..but I think there is for siding too). I think with all the tax breaks that is trying to be put into place to try to encourage people to buy & stimulate the economy, accountants are going to have a very interesting tax season next year! I just hope Tax Cut keeps up with them all! Which reminds me...April 15th is coming up fast. If your taxes aren't done, you don't have much longer to procrastinate!
I haven't heard any more from Ellen yet. I'm sure I will sometime this morning. I'll let you all know how things are going.
I hope Gail is doing ok too. Tracy said that she talked with her on Monday and Gail said she wasn't feel very well. I've tried calling her every day when I get off and I just get her voicemail. So..Gail, if you read this hon, I miss you & hope you are feeling better!
Everyone have a wonderful day...k?

Nothing much going on here. Tyler is on Spring Break and drove to Ohio on Tuesday to stay with my parents to hang out. He did great, Its his first trip by himself and the longest distance he has drove since He got his license. i was a nervous wreck......My mom and dad did the same for me when I was his age, I must say I have no problem getting out and just going.......Alot of people around here, I have noticed, don't really do anything or go anywhere. Almost like they are afraid.
I am taking Bella to the zoo on saturday....Robin if you read this. You wanna go? Bella has been bugging me to go see the animals. She asks if the animals are out yet?
I drove by Miss. Gails house the other day.....The one with the "ugly" tree.....Gail, I don't think its Ugly at all. Just a little Bare. It needs some TLC.....LOL Hope you are feeling okay.
Sherri. i am hoping for the home improvement savings on my taxes next year. too. The garage door is insulated and When we get done with the master bath I have spent a pretty big chunk in the past 2 months. GRRRR

Good Morning All!
My Friday too Sherri. I should probably be working tomorrow and Saturday to keep caught up, but am so tired, I'm taking a couple of weekends off. I've gone from being almost three months behind to being able to start working a listing of pay account I got on March 24th.
Got a call yesterday that my brother, Noel, had been rushed to the hospital. At first they thought he'd had a stroke but he has a UTI and developed Sepsis. The doctors said he will more than likely get worse before it's over. My niece is upset because the mother of a friend had the same thing and it got to her brain and she has been in a coma and in a nursing home for over six months now. I went on-line to check it out and from what I read if the person is either elderly or has a weakened immune system the death rate is much higher. Noel is 68 (which I don't consider elderly) but with the ALS his immune system has gotten weaker. I haven't heard how Nan has reacted to the news yet. When she doesn't see Noel for several days she gets very upset. They have had so much to deal with over the last couple of years. Sometimes you wonder just how strong God thinks you are anyway.
Tomorrow I take my DIL for another mammogram. She got a letter saying they saw something that needs further review. I told her it was probably nothing, just a precaution. She'd never had a mammo before and this one was part of the testing in preparation for her hysterectomy surgery.
Joe is supposed to be home very late Friday, or very early Saturday (depending on weather and what time the training lets out). I'm hoping the weather between here and Maryland is good for the drive. I will worry anyway till he is home. I will probably try and get lost in a good book over the weekend so he and the girls can have their time together. I know my DIL and granddaughter have really missed him.
I hope everyone has a good day.
Julie
I'm just plain out tired, I'm on a sleeping medication and on a high dose compared to what normal people take and it just makes fall asleep but I don't stay asleep for any amount of time really. Usually about 3 hours right after I take it then I'm up every 60 mins the rest of the night, I have an appointment with the doc who prescribed it and I'm hoping that he will do something. I also hope that he will change one of my meds thats causing me to itch uncontrollably. I've been just miserable the whole time I've been on it. I've been really shaky too which I'm not sure if it has to do with that med or if it's just nerves but I don't like it one bit.
