I just bought some today and tried them and WOW! They are delicious. I had never really heard about them before. Soy beans in the pod and all you do is let them thaw out and pop them out of the shell to eat. I was so very suprised at how much I like them so, I found a new food to help with my protein.
Yummy!!

I haven't gotten all the info off the package written down yet but, I did look and the protein is 8 per serving to the 9 carbs. I went to fitday.com and found some stats on them but, I will most likely write them down from whats listed on the bag.

I have read about these and have been wanting to try them.  I found some at walmart but they weren't frozen?
I am clueless as to how to fix them.  I read something about boiling them??
Blessings to you all, Leah
