I'm not home right now. I'm with my parents but took a few minutes to check the board here. I'm sorry you're in so much pain but glad you're home. You get as much rest as you need right now. Our bodies have a way of telling us what they need. It will make you stronger when you are up and about doing your walking and drinking. I'll talk to you when I get back home and you keep taking those baby steps toward your new life. You'll get there.
