Lyn is back home as of Friday night.  We are getting in the swing of things and trying to get a routine established.

My biggest and really only challenge is getting him turned for his wound care 3x a day and to clean him up when needed.  I have to get help to turn him and move him but other than that I can manage.

It is great to be back home.  It keeps me busy but at least I can do other things too like laundry while taking care of him.

I think he knows he is here.  Seems to have eyes open more.  I am hopeful we will see a change after awhile.

Thanks again for all of your support and encouragement.,  It has meant and will continue to mean so much to me.

I am hoping to find someone to stay with him on the clothing exchange day so I can come.  I have lots of clothes to bring and I am sure by then I will appreciate a day out.

For all those going thru sickness, surgery and family problems I am sorry I haven't been able to respond to you but know that I have been praying for all of you, my dear friends.

Love you all, Terry

Terry I am so happy to hear that you guys are back home. I know that it is so much easier dealing with things when you are in your own surroundings. I hope you do make it to the clothing exchange. I am sure you will need a break by then. I hope to see you there. Jana

Terry,  I am glad you got him back home again.  Do you have any way for home healthcare to have a few hours weekly for you to get out and do shopping and get things done and some time away?  I know you don't wanna be away too much but you really do need some time out.

Tell Lyn that I am still praying for him and I am glad he is home with you.

I really hope to see you at the exchange.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Terry, I'm glad to hear Lyn is home again. I'm sure you're taking fabulous care of him. Wish we lived closer so that I could give you breaks so that you can get out of the house. Will continue keeping you in my prayers.

Terry,

I am so glad that you both are back home. I know you guys have to be much more comfortable there than in a hospital environment. Be sure to take time out for yourself...ok? BTW..how's Lyn's weight loss going?

huggs..
