Kristina, No, I did not have surgery with Team Bariatrics. I had mine at Elkhart. I just wanted to pipe in, not often that I meet someone from up north! I live in Nappanee. Dawn H.

I agree - I don't often see anyone from up north. I live in North Webster - not horribly far from Nappanee!
