Hello fellow OH's,   just thought I'd drop a line and let  you all know I am still around.  I have just been very busy with work and not feeling very good with my bad knee.  Now I am having surgery the 8th of April, total knee replacement.  I had the right knee done 1 1/2 yrs ago after WLS.  But since the auto accident 3/4/09 my knee has been shot and so now its surgery.  UGH.  Keep me in your prayers, please.  I am the main bread winner in our family and with times like they are, it is so scary to be off work.  I really love seeing all your post and wish I could keep in touch more.  thanks to sis (Tracy****ep up some.  I really need help and encouragement to get off the weight I have gain back since WLS.  My job keeps me busy, driving an average of 100 mies a day.  I am a hospice nurse and visit patients, so my exercise is getting in and out of the car.   Any way think of me and send up prayers,  as we all need them.  I am really happy to have this family, toooooo!!!!!!!!!!!   thank and my prayers are for all of you.

Sorry to hear about the surgery. Hopefully it will be a speedy recovery.

It takes a great person to be a hospice nurse, surely god will smile on you for that and your job will be safe. I did some volunteer work for hospice and it was wonderful. I had my heart break when I lost my fave person though and I took a break and never did go back because I got pregnant. I'm glad there are people like you in the world though

I nwill keep ya in my prayers... I am not the main breadwinner in my family but I am the one who does all the work...

Sally we will most definately keep you in our prayers as you go for your knee surgery.  My uncle just had his knee done and was having  a horrible time so they finally did an xray and found out he had a broken bone in his leg!!!  No wonder recovery was so hard.  His broken bone is now fixed and he is doing really well with recovery.
