I cant believe how much better I feel this evening compared to last evening.  I had to stay an extra day, I was "not looking too good" yesterday, but today is a new day and I am feeling much better.  I can only hope I feel this much better again tomorrow!  Thanks again for all of the thoughts and prayers, Dawn H.

Welcome home Dawn and welcome to the losers bench.  We are glad to have ya.  Things will continue to improve and in a few months you won't even remember much about the hospital stay or anything that went along with it.  I too had to stay a couple extra days after havin a reaction to the pain meds.

Welcome home!  I hope you feel better soon too. I guess it just takes time.  For some reason today was a difficult day for me.  We just have to take it one day at a time.  sip sip walk walk

HI Dawn

So glad to hear your feeling better and on your way to feeling even more healthy again.  I was two weeks post op yesterday and can honestly say that i am just now not getting sick when i consume some sort of liquad or full fluid.  Yesterday i tried wendy's chilli pureee, because some people were saying on this site that it is easy to go down and they were right. I didnt have any pain and it has some protein so that will be one thing i continue to eat.  I tried the tuna pureed with low fat mayo and it made me sick so im not sure what to try next but i hope i figure it out.

again so glad your feeling better and good luck.  Welcome to the losers bench.  I have lost 30 lbs in the last two weeks but is has not come easily i might add.  Lots of sick moments and laying down cause i am too sick to do anything.  Each day gets a little bit better, just remember that.

take care

Louise
