i want to thank all of you you prepare me me for this journy and it went so well had some problys with peeeee kathy came to vist me  that was great  this is the best place i have so many sisters and brother i would like you to pray for our bro.jamie coy his surgery is april 20th he is so worried but with our help he will be fine thanks

Great to see ya! sip sip sip and dont worry about the liquids. do the very best you can to get them all in but ... noone actually is able to do it the first couple weeks... just TRY very hard not to dehydrate..
