i started on day five which may have been a little too soon for me. I am on day 9 and yesterday was the most protein i could handle at 60 grams. This took a lot of scheduling and sitting down to force myself to drink milk and low carb slim fast. I spoke with someone last night who suggested i buy carnation sugar free powder and put that it my milk. She said it pretty much doubles the protien in the 8 oz glass of milk. i am going to day so i will let you know. As for fluids, I still struggle. I am not one who sits very still so to try to do 8 oz in one hour slowly is difficult for me. I am getting there. I hit 60 oz's yesterday. One thing i do is drink a glass of milk before breakfast while i watch the news.
