pre op diet meeting

My pre op nutritional consult is on April 2nd, but they didn't leave a message as to what time and where. I called back and left another message asking. Does anyone know how long this meeting will last? Also is it in the same place as the initial consult? You guy are the best information source. I know the barriatric people are very busy, but it seems so hard to talk to a person. My job is such that I really have to prepare to be off Thanks, Wendy

Wendy, if it is your pre- surgery class at St. Vs  it lasted about 6 hours.  It started around 8 or 9 with a break for lunch and then another hour and a half after lunch.   I hope that gives you some idea.

i just had my class it is at st.vin 8;30-4;30 you go to the same place the wait room sign in and the come and tell all the people at the same time then you go up stairs hope it helps

WOW!  8 hours??  Does Clarian do this too?

Yes Clarian has a all day nutrition education class too, it is always held on a Tuesday and will be 2 weeks before your surgery date.  It is from 8:30-5 though and you  have to being a support person with you.
