Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone! Im new on here, but being Sherri's daughter I have heard a lot of wonderful things about all of you on here. I like my mother has struggled with my weight. I am starting a new diet, and until recently I always thought this site was for people that has had the bariatric surgery or ones getting ready to have it, Mom told me that, Oh, No this is for anyone with weight issues past or present. So Im humbled to be signed on to such an amazing group of people, Thanks for the support Tracy! lol Im looking forward to getting to know more of you and I will keep ya updated on my progress... I would love to help support you in your efforts.  I know its a struggle just try to take things one day at a time and if that is too much take it one hour at a time.  The hours and days add up to wonderful things before you know it.

Looks like you and the kids were having a great time on Sunday. I am so glad to here you have started your Journey. If you need any help or support just pm me. I lost 62 pounds before my surgery so I know what you are going through. I pretty much ate like a Bariatric patient.Thats how i lost it before surgery. Good Luck with your progress.
