BA Calcium Crystals
Hey there Jana. I've used it in the past, but quit so I could use up my lozenges. Now I'm ready to start back on the crystals. (Actually, I would rather stay with the lozenges now!)
Anyway, you need 6 tsps per day. You don't need any additional Vitamin D with it.
If I recall, that's 2 scoops per serving (the scoop with it is tiny) 3 times per day. I have the unflavored. I didn't like it with crystal light, but then again, I don't really like Crystal Light either. LOL
It mixes real well with one of the small 6 oz cans of tomato juice, and is tasteless.
