It's really, really, really real.....

Donna from the Mayo Clinic called me today. She asked me 101 questions about all the different aspects of my tummy. We agreed that the 'alien' affect would be better shown than described. LOL. Donna was really terrific and I'm looking forward to meeting her. She was trying to get some additional informatin so they could have a game plan in place for when I arrive on Tuesday. Since there is alot of aspects to my tummy, they'll probably start off with a consult instead of a test..although, there will probably be testing later that day. She didn't have several of the specialty tests down as me having had such as that darn motility test. I gave her Dr. Wittle's nurse # so she could call her and get a more accurate listing of the most recent ones anyway.

So...after that hour-long conversation, I think it's finally sinking in...maybe anyway.

My son Calvin is really sick.  We had him at the emergency room last night.  They gave him an IV and a shot of nausea medicine.  He feels a little better today but he is still really sick.
