Good morning all!

Yep...I'm doing the count-down! One week from RIGHT NOW, we will be getting ready to go my doctor appointment at 6:35. Including today, only 3 more work days left. Now if I could just sleep straight through the night so that I'm not exhausted when I show up! My mind just keeps boucing around. I wake up & I have 100 thoughts in my head.

I was going to try to get things organized on these shelves out in the hallway but  a co-worker asked me to verify some of his projects. I hope I can stay awake for that!! the shelves would had kept me up & moving.

Lotus really enjoyed her grooming last night. I guess while they were bathing her, she just rested her head on his shoulder. lol. While they were doing Lotus, Bill & I had dinner (McCalisters), got our hair cut (Great Clips), went to the store (Kroger) and got gas (Speedway). Yes..it was a busy evening! We now know that if we have them do the works on Lotus that we'll have ~4 hours to do stuff in.

Well...have a good day one & all!

Good morning everyone.  Kind of wet out there, but I’m happy it’s not freezing cold.  I know we will have another blast of winter before spring comes to stay but at least its coming.

Been at work since 5:30,  had a case on my desk that was hot so I got that out of the way first.  I left on time yesterday.  I could get used to that.  I never got the help I was supposed to, but what else is new in the work place.  I am just happy to be working and getting a paycheck with all the downsizing and businesses closing.

Nan is back at the facility in Carmel.  She is doing well.  If they could just keep her blood pressure under control it would be great for her.  For some reason about once a month it sky rockets and she gets so sick they have to take her back to IU for a couple of weeks.  None of the drs can figure it out.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.  Since I miss the clothing exchanges, I am excited to get to put “real" people to the pictures and posts on the board.  Any ideas on what I can contribute?

Has anyone heard from Leah?  Haven’t seen her post in a while.  I sent her an email, but haven’t heard back from her.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Julie,

Other than a cash donation or buying raffle tickets, you may want to drop Dawn a note and see how she's doing on meat/cheese//fruit/veggie trays and/or raffle items.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday. Are you going to be able to go to Lincoln Square with us for dinner afterwards?

Hi Julie!!  I am here!  I sent a reply to your email.  I hope you got it.  I haven't been on the computer much lately.  I have seen the pain management specialist once so far.  He has me on a couple of meds that just veg me out completely.  They don't help the pain but just make me stoned!!  What a way to go through life.
Anyway... I am reading and catching up with everyone.
Sherri I am so hopeful for your trip to Mayo. I have heard nothing but GREAT things about that place. You are due for a POSITIVE experience!
I hope everyone is doing well and I think of you all often.  I wish I could come to Maggie's celebration. But its just too far for me to drive myself right now. And my husband has to work that day.  I will be there with you all in spirit though.

Hugs and love to you all!!
Blessings to you all, Leah

Morning all. Exhausted this morning, but thats ok, since I had a wonderful evening to enjoy.  Yesterday evening we had some friends over for supper and then an evening of games.  We do so enjoy our time with friends.  The couple have no children, but consider the girls to be their neices, and spend the night with them a few times every so often.  She works with me, and he works for FedEx.  Great couple! We finally went to bed after 1:30 am this morning, so I am very tired! Its all good tho, because I am off today.
Mariah is still sick. This morning she is running a fever of 101.6, so no school again for her this morning.  They will allow her in school up to 99.9, but nothing higher.  Of course if it were my child, they wouldn't be attending if there was any fever at all. Now Molly is starting to cough, and getting the raspy voice too, so looks like we have the crud in this household.  Oh well, time to get the hand sanitizer out, and make sure I am stocked up on Lysol.
Hope everyone enjoys the warm weather today.  I am so excited about the 70's for temps! Too bad they aren't going to come as often as I would like, but they will soon enough!
Take care, and have a wonderful day all.

Good morning!

It's Tuesday already!  I am hoping for a much better day today for all of us than yesterday turned out to be.  Nothing ever goes as planned.  But that's what keeps life interesting I guess.

I have support group in Wabash tonight.  Peggy and Kim are going with me I think.  I am supposed to have a few others that said they are going over there too.  I look forward to meeting some new faces!

I didn't get to join the Y yesterday.  Long story.  But I will do it next Monday for sure.  So, I took Reese out and we walked all over IWU.  It was so pretty out and so pleasant.  He really enjoyed it.  He is getting back into the swing of things with being on his leash and learning the commands again.  He really is very smart.  I love him.... can you tell?  LOL

Please pray for my daughters today if you would.  All three of them have some "life" issues going on and its really heavy on my Momm heart.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Hey girls!

Is it too early to go ?  I know I slept last night but MAN did I have some wacky dreams!  Won't go into details but I should tell you I don't look good in green taffeta and a princess crown!

I had to laugh at your post Sherri and I'm glad you ate dinner before you got gas - if you got gas first dinner may not have been enjoyable for the people at McCallisters

Tracy I'm working on my innocent look  for when we are together next time and I blackmail Kelli!   Seriously, I hope you girls have fun in Wabash tonight.  Say Hi to Peggy and Kim for me!

Lachelle I feel for you daughter - battles strept a time or two and it's NEVER fun.  Not for her and not for you.  Try to keep her drinking so she doesn't get dehyrated... don't want to have to sit next to her in the hospital.

Linda - you've been on my mind this morning

We have several people who've be AWOL the last few days - I want you girls to know I've missed you and am thinking about you!

Huggs!!

Yep, It is only Tuesday, seems like it should Wed or Thurs to me, but Oh well, they will get here soon enough.

Sounds like everyone had a Monday start (Know what I mean) slow and having to get back into things after the weekend.  We have the bug going around in our family also, took my husband to urgent care and he has type A flu, so I think he is trying to share, I have asked him to keep it to his self since I have been sick since the end of January and my 3rd around of antibiotics.

Hoping this well be the last for a while.  I know ya'll don't know anything about me, but I am Mom of 2 girls and a very beautiful granddaughter with another one on the way sometime in July.

They went out of town this weekend and it seem like I was completely lost with out them, they got back home between 9:30 - 10 last night, they had to come out and pick up Gizmo (their dog) and I was so glad to see them, I really missed them all but I missed my Lilly (grand baby) she came in the door last night and came straight to me and all the worry I had been doing just went away.

I was sure glad they made it home safe and sound.  Hope everyone has a great Tuesday and Thanks for letting me be apart of your OH Family.

You all made me smile this morning. I am glad I read the thread. I kept reading about people meeting on Sunday and thinking, "Gee I wonder what's going on Sunday too?" I knew the celebration was March 15, but for some reason I had it in my head that was this Saturday. I could just pictures myself getting there a day early with no one there. Glad I got that figured out.

Last night was a really rough night. I was very down and out. I just took my ambien and went to bed about 9pm, because I couldn't handle it all.

Woke up at 5 am again today. Got some stuff done around the house, and now I'm at work. I'm going to try to have a better day today. I ate better for breakfast. a scrambled egg, bacon and one piece of toast. Far better for me than the McGriddles I have been eating. I'm going to try to stay on track today. I was up to 149 on the scale this morning. I'm not going to break into the 150's. I would be disappointed in myself.

Hey, just out of curiousity, did someone on here tell Dr. Inman's office about Maggie? I got a sympathy card from her and the office, and couldn't figure out how she would know.

Good Morning to all,

Rainy day her in Marion, busy day here at work.  I just wanted to stay in bed this morning, the time change is just wrong.  I am suppose to be sleeping when it is dark outside, not up dropping Ashley off at school and work.

Tracy, I am hoping to be able to make it tonight, Steven is sick and not sure if he will be working tonight, if so then I will have Ashley with me.  I will let you know later how things are going, after I talk to Steven later today.

Hi to you Frankie, hope to see you Sunday.

I am looking forward in seeing everyone Sunday and get a few games of bowling in.  I need all the practice I can get.

Guess I better get back to work.

Talk soon
