Dr Inman's email?

Does anyone have Dr Inman's email address?  I saw the doctor that told me I was going to die in Nov of 06 if I didn't have baractric surgery and he had NO clue who I was.  He was so shocked and impressed with my weight loss.  He asked if he could have my surgeons email so he could tell her he saw one of her patients and how well of a job she has done with me.  So if anyone has it could you please send it to me?  Thanks so much.
