I can't believe I just ate my lunch and got the foamies!!!  Ugh!  I know I ate too fast and probably didn't chew enough.  I was reading a book and not paying attention.  I'm miserable!

OH well... such is life after RNY.

Go ahead ya'll.... slap my hand and tell me I deserve it!

I hope this serves as a reminder to the rest of you.... don't do it!!!!!

feeling kinda green around the gills,
Tracy

Maybe this will give ya a chuckle......

As you know with all the pain meds and not moving around much...I felt like a brick was stuck and not wanting to give even an inch! Well....I have eaten and drank everything under the moon and sun in the last 36 hours to break it out/down and guess what! It finally worked! Of course this was  just after Dale informed me the water was going to be off for a couple hours or so while he fixed/replaced the shower faucet!  He picks this time.... to fix this one thing.... out of a million on his honey do list!  Lol...his sufferage not mine. my plumbing is working just fine now! Maybe it will motivate him to get his done a bit quicker!

Tracy,  Honey I'm sorry you aren't feeling well today...we don't have to slap your hand you're learning your lessen already.

Lisa, STOP trotting to the bathroom!

LeeAnn, OMG I love that little man on the pot!  I'm sorry your husband picked NOW to fix the john but thanks for making me laugh on my lunch time.

Peggy - you're great!  I'm glad you aren't having ANY of the other issues the three musketeers above are having!

Yuk...I haven't gotten the foamies for a long time, but I hated them! I ate a little too much last night...1 1/2 slices of cheese pizza. Didn't get sick, but was just TOO FULL. I know better than that, but I did it anyway. Dumber'n a three headed mule...

Feel better soon, Tracy!

Tracy, I can't say a word - I get the foamies a couple of times per month - especially since I advanced in my diet.  OMG - that is such an awful feeling!

Hope you're feeling better now!

LeeAnn, I am LMAO about your poor DH trying to rush that plumbing job since you took care of your plumbing!  LOL
