light headed and or dizzy
I had the same problem about six weeks ago. I even blacked out while at the music store with my son while he took lessons. I landed on the floor right on top of the drum kick pedals, kinda funny now but certainly wasn't at the time. I was have extremely bad vertigo. It turned out to be water behind my ear, so maybe it will be something easy for you also. It took quite sometime for the water to leave maybe 3 or 4 weeks but it finally improved.

Dehydration comes to mind. Are you sure you are getting plenty of decaf/drcarb/sugar-free liquids?

I was thinking the same as Sherri. I get dehydrated at the drop of a hat. One of my first symptoms is to get light headed. Try bumping up your liquids before you go to work. Also, my trainer tells me to eat an apple before hand. She says it will boost you up a bit before having to endure a bit of time when you can't drink as much as you should be. It has helped me out.
Another thing mentioned often is Grape Juice... it is supposed to be one of the best things to replenish your body. I crave it ever since I had surgery when I start getting low on fluids.
Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
Huge hugs,
Tracy

Having "been there" myself MY first thought was right on with Sherri... It was dehydration.. We WLS survivors need to make sure the water goes in on a regular basis.. I am 4 years out and STILL can dehydrate!! ALWAYS check with a Dr.. but drinking a glass of water while you are calling doesnt hurt!!
