OT: Familiar with Evansville?

Hello,
Our son & daughter-in-law will be moving to Evansville after graduation.  They need to start looking for a place to rent.  If any of you are familiar with the area, please recommend areas of town to look into and areas to stay away from.   His job will be in or near Mt Vernon but they want to live in Evansville.  All help will be greatly appreciated.  If you don't want to post, you can PM or email me.  I am in the directory.

Thank you so much, I appreciate any information you can get for Scott & Megan. 

Have you chosen a weekend for the Holiday World outing yet?  We had so much fun last year, and now that Scott will be living near there, so we can tie in a visit to them also!
