Thank you for the prayers

I know your prayers have helped me.
I was in the recovery room and i told my nurse your clock is wrong it is only 1 and it says 6 and he explained how long it took.
8 hours he said they found adhesions and a hernia so they took care of those while he was in there.But no cancer im so happy about that.
I had a allergic reaction  to the pain meds so they give me benadryl it knocked my butt out today.
I got up and set up for 3.5 hours today,tomorrow i walk.
It really weird i reach down to scratch my belly and it is gone.
He said may be Sunday i can go home.
But i miss you guys and Dawn count us in for 4 bowlers and 2 non  bowlers.
Linda and Terry you are on my mind alot.

Glad to see ya posting! You are doing awesome! I can so relate to scratching and it not being there- hehe that is a WOW moment girlfriend! My biggest thing after my panni was I was so used to holding the towel under my apron- oops not no more! Thats a good thing though! I know TMI !!!!

Hope you are home soon and recovery is smooth for ya! I am thinking of you all and can't wait to see ya! I have your counts! Thanks for thinking of me/Linda when you are having so many stressors of your own! Hooray for no cancer! That is awesome news!

I'm so glad to see you post! Yep..benadryl can be something else huh? I had a minor allergic reaction from going to the dentist last week. It used to be...pre-op..that they would put me on 100 mg capsules of benadry every 4 hours when I'd have an alergic reaction. So...last Tuesday, I took 2 of the 25 mg over-the counter bendryl. It was all I could do to open my eyes for the next 3 hours...AT WORK! Now I know to only try 1 of those puppies nest time!

I'll give you a call this afternoon..or if you want to talk, go for it!

So glad to see you on here! I was so tickled to see ya post and that all went well even though it was looonnnngggggg! It makes me hopeful about Tuesday! Thx to Neil for keeping us updated. I am sorry I fell apart on him though. I was just so relieved for you! We are on our way to finals today so I will try to get with you Sunday.

Lisa!!!  I am so glad to see you post.  I have been praying for you.  I know I drove Neil crazy on Thursday but it was good chatting with him.  He loves you so much!  He was so concerned at how long it was taking.  Kim and I were online talking to him most the afternoon until he got word he could see you.   He's a very good man and I am glad you have him in your life! 

I wish I could be with you today to walk with you and just to give you hugs.  I miss you like crazy!

Take care and get better so we can all see you soon!  I love you like a sister!!!
