My Grandpa, his name is Beachel.  He is having surgery tomorrow to remove a tumor.  He had a blood transfusion yesterday but is not feeling much better.  Hospice has been recommended, so after surgery we will cross that hurdle.  I am looking forward to hospice help, my grandma is worn out.

Ellen's sil Karen has cancer. She's not doing very well at all.

Scott is struggling with something (??) which is causing him to have seisures. The cause is unknown at this time.

Praises...

Bill had a really good follow-up on his artificial cornea transplant. For the first time since I have known him, he is seeing better without his glasses than with them. It is SO strange to look over and see him without them. He is having problems with one drop though. He said that it feels like someone is poking his eye hard for the first 5-10 minutes...and then it eases up a little bit...and then he has to do a different drop which just renews that sensation all over again. He has to do 4 drops 15 minutes apart twice a day and 3 drops in a row twice a day....each of the 4 times, starting with that particular drop. He just started that one yesterday so he knows that is what is doing it and not the surgery itself. We aren't sure how that is going to work out. They told him pre-op that he would not have to do a special drop post-op and then sprung this one on him after the surgery. So...
