portion sizes...Anyone have their St. V binder handy?

I realized today that I am a week shy of being 9 months out, wow that seems like yesterday!

I also relized that I have not looked at my binder in a while and dont recall at what time frame the portion size could change again.  I have been doing 4 oz (1/2 cup) for a while now and have never thought to look to see if or when that changes and goes up.

Anyone have a St. V's binder handy and know at what stage you change again?

I can look tonight when I get home, it was a random thought as I eat lunch.
