I went to the one in Lexington a few years ago. I would really recommend anyone to stay for both nights. On Saturday evening, they usually have a big party/dance that runs until late.

I just made our hotel reservations for June 12 & 13th. It is $109.00 plus taxes per night as stated with the event info.
One nights charge is due at the time you make your reservations. The rooms she showed as available for our group all have 2 double beds. The hotel is 100% nonsmoking.
Check in is 4:00 pm but they will try to make arrangements for early check in if needed, or they will hold your bags until you can get in your rooms at 4:00.
Parking is $22.00 per day for self parking or I think she said $34.00 per day for valet - I didn't write that down 'cause we will self park.
Their cancellation policy is that they will issue a full refund if the reservation is canceled by 6 pm on June 9.

I just called the hotel back and asked how they were going to assign rooms, by state, etc. She did not know, so I asked if we could request to be near someone and she said yes, they can do that. I requested to be near Floyd and Brenda.
Our reservations are under Beverly Nogle, (husband Bruce is planning to go too) so if any of you want to make it a group area, feel free to request to be near us!!! Can't wait!!
PS: Beverly is only for legal stuff, call me Bev otherwise!! lol
