Update on Mikey,

When I spoke with Linda, I asked about Mikey!
 
The docs have told them he is progressing and is stable! They are saying that he will probably be at Riley at least a couple more weeks!

 Lets not forget Mikey in our prayers! He too, has endured alot and has to yet still wrap his mind around everything that has happened! This young man has had a rough year himself, and will continue to need lots of extra love and support, also!

I'm not positive...but I think he is still medicated, if so, I would think not! I have wondered this, myself!

I am back hard to believe i stayed away away so long from this awesome bunch of losers but i did not post one day and leave...been here except for sat and sunday i was busy..doing??? NOTHING...but busy....

ACTUALLY i have to tell the truth sunday i discover the christmas tree shop....i am guilty of that...i will warn everyone to stay away from that place..it will only get you in trouble...

Mikey doesn't know about Maggie yet. He probably suspects, but he hasn't asked. We decided towait until he asks.We're not going to lie to him,but we're going to wait till he's ready to approach it.

He is probably going to get out of the neck collar today or tomorrow. That will make him more comfortable. He's in alot of pain though still and on meds. He's sleeping alot.

your amazing....how your coping i have no clue, ...best to be truthful with him....all so sudden for all of you...you have to be having a time, putting on a brave face for Mikey and grieving about Maggie..the choices that had to be made....HUGS Linda and prayers for you and your husband

Thanks Linda for the update! I applaud your courage and strength! Like Angie said- the courage you all have showed and your strength! You might not see/know/or think it BUT we all do! We love you all and know that whatever decisions that you have made and are making along the way, are right for all of you! Hang in there and know that God is walking along with you all and carry you when you need it too! Maggie and Lucy are watching over you and are so proud of everything that you have given them in therir short lives! Together again one day- what a joyous time you will all have!
