Key Bariatrics

I am looking into RNY at Key Bariatrics at Lutheran Hospital in FOrt Wayne...Can anyone tell me about this facility...I have went to an informational meeting and have turned some things into insurance and have to do a pshych. evaluation this week and then hopefully will get surgery scheduled in April but was wondering experiences..good and bad from others at thi****heran....

mks, I recently had surgery on Dec.31, with Dr. Sloan. I am still impressed with him and his whole support staff. It is so organized. It is more of a commitment than many surgeons require but, I can't imagine it any other way. He requires pre & post opp education many balk at this but, I love it....I am at 8 wks out and am still learning. It is nice because you are seen by either a doctor or nurse everyweek...so if you are having problems they take care of it..you don't play phone tag. We also have group meetings with the nut. physical or behaviorlist every week.
Good luck!!! I think you are seeing one of the best surgeons....
