Prenatal vitamins
Terry,
I have to switch back and forth between the generics at Walmart (sweet) and Meijer. Some days my taste buds are wacky (just like me!) and they can't make up their mind which one tastes better. I put my vitamins for the whole day in a plastic pill box in my purse. It helps me to have them ON me to take them.
For some reason I don't think the gummies are on the list of vitamins we can take. I don't know why I think this but my list is at work so I can't loo****il tomorrow.
Huggs for Terry!!

We were told at the pre op class to take the Flintstones Complete chewables - and NOT to take the gummies. Apparently there's something in the "complete" that is missing from the Gummies. It's definitely not flavor - that's missing from all of 'em.
For a question about the vitamins, do we contact our surgeon, or the Nut? I see Marilyn, and she responds pretty quickly to my emails. I may ask her if I can switch to something else. The Flintstones tend to upset my tummy.
I hate the dang CALCIUM pills. They are so big and we have to take SOOO many of them. I am looking forward to trying the chews through bariatric advantage coming in March. I heard you can preorder them now. I am going to do that when we get paid again....I had a bit of a spending frenzy this weekend.
