It's not going to be okay.

We're at Riley. We've been here a good while. The doctors talked to us about both kids. Mikey's going to be okay. Maggie's not. She had too much head trauma. She is brain dead. I can't believe this. I am just in shock. We're in the process of setting up organ donation. It's not fair. It should be me, not my baby. I was driving.

Oh Linda - I am so very sorry.  Please don't blame yourself.  This has been the worst winter ever.  The roads have been horrible - and there have been so many accidents. I know it is easier said than done, but please don't blame yourself.  Mikey's going to need you.  Can we do anything for you?

Oh Linda,   I am so heart broken for you right now.  Nothing I can say will ease your pain right now.  Lord, why do these things happen? 

I wil keep your family in my prayers... If you need anything, I am here.

I'm so sorry. Let me know if you need anythng at all.

Linda, please don't try to figure out why or blame yourself.  You are here because Mikey and Mike need you.  Just know that Lucy is welcoming Maggie and they will be together!  I am so sorry!

My heart is broken for you.  We will say special prayers for you at church tomorrow.

Honey I am so sorry! Please do not blame yourself! You need to be strong for Mikey he needs you! I know that Lucy and maggie will both be looking over all of you! You have 2 very special angels! I know that this is so not fair and only God knows why! Remember that we all love you and are here for you! Keep us posted and let us know if there is anything that we your OH family can do for you! Linda,  My heart goes out to you.  I cannot imagine what you are going thru.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  If you need me for anything I might be able to do I am at Seton Hospital which isn't that far away.
