TGIF!

Good morning all...

Usually, I am off of Fridays but since I took off so much this week for Bill's surgery, I thought I ought to come in some today. I am still trying to get all of our methods checked out for the software & server upgrade next week. I'm afraid I have more methods than time to get through them all. That's the big reason I am here today. I'll be taking off for a long lunch or leaving early though because St. Vincent's radiology is suppose to already have all my scans on CD for me to bring to Minnesota with me. Maybe after I get them, this will all start seeming more real to me.

Good Morning Indiana,

I am up early today so I thought I would join in!

I open this morning and will be doing interviews  today, so it is an extended day for me! I am not complaining, I love my job and HAVE one, so I am blessed!

Hope everyone has a great Friday and enjoys their day! I am off tomorrow! Not much planned! need to get some things caught up here at home and catch up on some cleaning! What a way to spend your day off! lol!

I received my packet and kit yesterday to start selling TUPPERWARE again! I need to replace alot of mine that I lost in the housefire and figured it would be a good benefit to be the represenatative! If anyone is interested in anything let me know- I have new books! Another OH event could be in order! Any excuse to get my OH fix, heheh!

Lets all remember to keep each other in thought and prayer today! Those that have asked, and those that didn't, too! God knows who needs help, and will be working on our needs!

MORNING...taking my granddaughter for an eye exam this morning...should she get glasses it will be her first and i swear she is looking at austin power looking frames....LMAO she will be 14 in May....so she  knows it all and i know nothing....i was about her age when i got my first pair...

How was Bills surgery? I want him to see and be able to do well and maybe even be able to work.....It ain't right for men to be home, Ed can make me crazy, if i am out of his site he goes looking for me...makes me crazy....so i have started saying i am going to start a load of laundry I am going to whatever....
Kmart is doubling coupons up to 2.00 until sunday....awesome....

It's too soon to really say how well the surgery went. He kept trying to compare his vision to 'before' and I kept reminding him that he needs to compare it to more recent times...like last night comparing it to yesterday morning...and today, comparing it to last night. So based on that, it is still improving. He won't admit that it was MUCH better last night...but he could get on his computer a little bit so that said alot to me.

Bill is going to voc rehab and is checking into taking computer courses so that he can get back into the work force. Even though he has $ coming in..about the same as when he was working even...it drives him nuts not working. He believes it's what a man ought to do too. Now if it were me..and I was getting in the same amount of $ and had medical insurance...shoot..I could find plenty to keep me occupied at home!!!

Good morning, Sherri, and the rest that come in later.  Hope your day is going good!  Sounds like you are going to be busy today with the upgrade soon.  It must be hectic trying to get everything ready for that.
Glad your doctors are getting everything ready for you to head to Mayo.  At one time, Jimmy's doctor wanted to get him in to May because of his migraines.  He (the dr.) never did anything more about it tho.  Its just as well.

Hope everyone is doing fine today on this cold morning. We are supposed to just have flurries today, but those of you to the north are really supposed to get the accumulation again today! Stay safe all!

Gotta get ready for work.  I am the supervisor today, so I get to dress up.  The sad part is I just don't have any suits to wear.  I have one that is a whole suit, and several jackets (and they are all way too big!)...but nothing that matches.  I am going to stop at the Goodwill on Monday and check them out for some suits or jackets.  We are getting busier again, so I will be standing floor more often again.  Thats always good!

Hi all. I hope you have a good Friday and weekend. Today is my MIL's birthday, and tomorrow is my mother's birthday. Yesterday, of course, would have been my Lucy's 10th birthday. We decided to go out to eat as a family just kind of to mark the day. That was an ok idea. Some young person was celebrating their birthday for real though. When the staff sang for him/her, I just about starting crying. This is the roughest part of year for me, from now until her heaven day in March.

I am ready for a day at home. I have housework to do and the kids will be here at 3pm.  I am actually looking forward to a quiet day at home today.    I have lunch plans with a friend from my church.  She is wanting to get together and have some prayer time.  I look forward to that.

Linda, I am thinking about you and praying for you.  I know how difficult it must be for you.  But what a blessing that you had the opportunity to care for your little angel before she went to heaven.

Back to work.  Becky is home and doing real well.  She is working on the head hunger thing a little so that is a blessing.  I am giving her the lovenex shots for blood clot prevention.  Sorry it is so cold out we are both hoping for better weather so we can get out and walk.  I am busy this weekend going to Bible study and then prison for the day Saturday.

Good Morning All....

7 more sleeps and I will be soaring in the clouds towards the cruise ship.  I made good headway with the luggage last night so really redy to get on our way!!!!!

Today i have a load of laundry to do......and some other little things around the house.  Have to bartend tonight at the Moose......Very busy weekend and week ahead for me!!!!!

  Boy, I could go right back to bed-easy,if I didn't have to care for the twins today. i have been running on slow all week- just need another cup of decaf I guess.

  Sherri- it was so good to talk ot you yesturday. I am praying you get everything taken care of up there,& come home in those jeans!!!

  Hoping my SIL comes home from the hospital today. She is so tired of hospitals,I am glad they are setting up home healthcare for her. She is such a great person.

  I plan on coming up to Indy Monday to see the dietician. If anyone wants to join me for lunch at Lonestar Steakhouse on Michigan Rd. (right off 65) around11, I would love to see you.I won't get to stay in Indy all day, since DH will be caring for the twins& I know will be chomping at the bit for me to get back.PM. me if you can join me-ok?!
