2 months post op today

I'm officially down 42 pounds and 37 inches. I can't hardly believe it. Working out with the trainer really seems to be working for me!

Congratulations!! Sounds like the hard work is paying off! Keep up the good work!

I looked at the calendar today and I have exactly 20 days left.  Tomorrow I go for my nutrition class.  It is coming up pretty quick.

2 months post op and you are already working out?  How soon did your surgeon allow you to exercise?  You are doing fantastic.  I hope I do as well as you.

Lisa, I was cleared to work out at 4 weeks post op. I've been working with a trainer for 2 weeks now, had to wait for the gym to open.

WOW CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE WEIGHT AND INCHES YOU HAVE LOST IS WONDERFUL.
