One year ago today i was scared but had the rny and ots the best decision i ever made for myself.
I am free again im not dependent on any medical device to assist me and im not dependent on anyone else.
I am so grateful to Dr.Sonnastine for giving me my life back,he is the greatest sitting with yesterday i felt like he was one of my best friends not my doctor.
I started at 526 and went down to 334 but now i am as of this morning at 342
Im upset at my gaining few pounds back ,but they come and go so i think they have to do with my female issues.
Either way i am so happy with myself.
I wonna thank all of you for being my friends and being their for me.
I run home to get on the computer to see what you all have been up to or to tell you whats going on in mind.
Well i am 182 pounds lighter give or take a few.lol
I am feeling better than i have in years and no insulin or pills.
I have meet some incredible friends who have become family.
I am the wife and mother i have wanted to be for the last 7 yrs.
I am the new improved Lisa and thank you all for going on my journey with me.
I am loving life.
to the newbies it is a wonderful journey and the road can get bumpy but it is so worth the ride.

Lisa,

Congratulations!  You are doing great.  We all have a bit of a roller coaster at times.  Just hang in there and keep your chin up.  You are fabulous.
