I love reading books! I am currently in the Nora roberts aka JD Robb Death series. There are 32 books and I am on #8. I also just got the latest of Janet Evanovich's Plum Spooky, and Blaise Clements new one Cat Sitter on a Hot Tin Roof. I love a great romance with mystery and passion. I love to curl up in my chair and just while away my time absorbed in a great book. These days I have been on the go so much with my mother that my reading time has gotten more scarce.

Happy Reading all!
Hugs!

1.  I love to read biographies and memoirs.  Some of my favorites are by Augusten Buroughs.  I also enjoy true crime,  non fiction, and books on world religions.  We read tons of reference type books.  I love my magazines, but have recently reduced my subscriptions in effort to save paper.  I don't enjoy fiction much at all.

2.  My favorite magazines are Utne, Mother Jones, and Time.  If I have to chose my favorite book igt would be "Running With Scissors" by Augusten Burroughs

3.  Right now I am reading "Stop Dressing Your Six Year Old Like a Skank" by Celia Rivenbark.  Next on my reading list is "A Wolf at the Table" by Augusten Burroughs

With my busy schedule at work, I have not been reading as much.  I was promoted to an Operations Manager with a large health insurance company (that shall remain nameless), so the only books I have been reading are management books.  Just finished "Love Em' or Lose Em'....

1.  What type of books/magazines do you like to read?
I love mysteries, biographies and I have a People Magazine subscription from my DH for Christmas (I get it every year from him).  I am having trouble keeping up with it.

2.  Do you have a favorite book or magazine, if so what?

I just subscribed to OH magazine.  My favorite book was "The Stand" by Stephen King.  Believe or not I enjoyed Madame Bovary.  So I am all over the place

3.  What book are you reading right now or are you looking for to read?

Well when I have my surgery I have quite a few Guideposts to read and People to read (old news) and I may delve into a Susan Cornwell novel.

1.  What type of books/magazines do you like to read?
Anything that is not technical...I get enough of that at work.

2.  Do you have a favorite book or magazine, if so what?

My favorite magazine is Reader's Digest..it's so packed with different stuff!
My favorite author is Stephen King (also, The Stand is my fave book!) but I also enjoy John Jakes, Danielle Steel, and many, many others. I belong to the Reader's Digest series club so I get a book a month from them that has 4 complete novels in it.

3.  What book are you reading right now or are you looking for to read?

I just started one yesterday that is more like a hard-back comic book on Roland, the Gunslinger from the Stephen King series. It's about Roland's early years and is produced by Marvel..the comic company.

Oh goody, I love these Wednesday questions.

1.  What type of books/magazines do you like to read?

I enjoy reading period!  I have to say thatI love mysteries the best.  I range from whimsical like Lillian Jackson Braun's "Cat Who" series, to Jonathan Kellerman's novels.  Can't forget Catherine Coulter's FBI series, and Tony Hillerman's navajo series, and.........

2.  Do you have a favorite book or magazine, if so what?

My favorite magazine is probably Reader's Digest.  Generally a wide range of topics in each issue.

3.  What book are you reading right now or are you looking for to read?

I would like to read Dungy's book too.  His first one was really good and a fast read.  I'm reading a new (to me) mystery author Nancy Bush.  She has a series out that all have a color in the title.  The first one is Candy Apple Red.
