paper work

I heard from Amy, Dr. Gupta, my paper work is being worked on this week and will be submitted. for insurance One small step in this jouney. I haven't told many people what I am planning as far as the surgery goes. It seems everyone would have an opinion. I feel like I need to be the one deciding! I am not a patient person, but am focusing on this waiting time getting as strong and healthy as possible. This morning I took all six of our dogs for a walk, three dogs at a time. That was a definate challenge. Thanks to all of you for writing to me. The encouragement means so much. You are all wonderful people.

Hang in there!  It was 3 months for me from the time of the initial seminar until I had my surgery.  While the waiting is going on, it feels like forever.  Now that it's over with and I'm 10 weeks out, it all seems like it was in the blink of an eye!

Hang in there, it took me 8 months from the time I went to the seminar to my surgery date which is scheduled March 24th.  As for telling people, I wish I would have never told anyone at work.  Huge mistake.  They have only known me for less then a year, they have no idea the jouney I have been on with regards to diets, the loss and then the regain over the past 20yrs.  I just smile at them and walk away when they tell me "all I need to do is diet and exercise"    The great thing is my family is very supportive and that is very important to me.  I wish you well in your journey.
