I know that some of you longer post ops might remember me and I am asking for your help!  For those of you who attended the clothing exchanges and brought food, can you all tell me some of the things you brought?  Now that I am here in Ga, I am attending one of theirs, yet they do not know what to bring as a dish to one of these things.  I tried to give some ideas, but I figured that you all would be able to help me even better!  So if you all can give me a list of items that you have brought in the past to one of the exchanges, or even some things you like to make and share, that would be AWESOME!!!
Thanks!

OMG I totally forgot about that dessert!  I need to make that.  It was SO good.  It was supposed to be like cheesecake. :)

My kids are great!  Leo will be 2 in a little over 2 weeks.  It is amazing.  How time flies!  Anyway... keep the food ideas coming.  I need to have some good things to throw their way... and feel free to pop on over to the Ga board with your ideas.  They do not have as many long term post ops as we have over here. :)

Ok the dessert was easy, but I can't remember the exact amounts that it took.  I know it was cottage cheese, cool whip, some cream cheese, and any kind of sugar free cookies you like.  You beat the cottage cheese with a mixer and then add the cool whip and cream cheese and beat again.  Then you pour it over the smashed up cookies and put it in the fridge! :)  SO EASY! :)  I just wish I could remember the amounts.

Anyway, I am at my lowest weight now.  I was maintaining around 175 and now I am maintaining around 145 or so.  I give myself 5 pounds either direction so I am not crazed about staying right at 145.  So I have been as low as 139-140 and right now retaining some pms water and am at 148.  So I am a happy camper.

I miss you all too!  I wish you all were here in the warmer weather with me.  But I do have to say that the people I met on the Ga board are all super sweet nice people.  They welcomed me as if I have lived here my whole life.  They are so sweet!  That is why I came here to get the ideas.  I want to help them out since they have been so nice to me! :)

OH yes!  A box of sugar free vanilla pudding dry!!  I almost forgot that.  That is what gives it that nice sweet flavor.  Graham crackers work great too.  Oreo's is what my kids love.  You can put almost any kind of cookie that you can crush up and smash to the bottom.
