Hoosier Accountability - Monday!
Howdy everybody!
Very busy day today, and more to come this evening...
Breakfast: Hot Click about 4:00 a.m., then about 1/4 of a Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Bowl a little later.
Lunch: Deli ham and cheese on Flat-Out flatbread...that stuff's not too bad! This is what my nutritionist suggested I use instead of bread.
Snack - a few light Pringles
Dinner: About 1/2 cup homemade vegetable soup, three Ritz crackers
Just had my soup, so I'm gonna wait about 30 minutes and then go for a walk. Gonna crank up my Ipod Shuffle and prance to some Irish tunes!

I had a much better day today...no chips. I did my treadmill, I have set a goal for myself to be on the treadmill every day for the next 30 days.

33 lbs lost prior to surgery!
Hey, I am back. This weekend we were mainly at the hospital with the new god daughter. She was in NICU for a while. I didn't eat anything bad but one night had some banana pudding from cafe.
Today is awful. I haven't been hungry.
B- Protein bar and cheese stick
S- 5 saltines
L-5 saltines
s- 2 pieces of cheese while cooking
d- ground beef with piece of cheese
prunes today
Ah, not so great. Don't know the totals.
Not enough water. Didn't get all my vitamins. I am like that cat in the box.
