Hoosier Accountability - Sunday

Hi everybody! Had a pretty productive day today...church, a little housework, grocery shopping, transcription...I think I'll watch a movie now. I've had enough typing, I think I'll wait until 3:00 a.m. to get with it again.

Breakfast - hot Click, banana
Lunch - deli ham and cheese, melted a little in the microwave...no bread. Pretty good, actually
Snack - goofed up a little here, had a few leftover candy hearts and one of Mark's chocolates out of the box I got him. Dummy.
Dinner - chicken casserole, dollop of mashed potatoes, a little bit of milk
Now I'm sipping some sugar-free Suise Mocha international coffee. Pretty good stuff if you make it with milk, and gives me a little protein oomph.

Unfortunately, didn't get a walk in today. Gotta make that a priority tomorrow. Have a great evening, everyone! By the way, I put a couple of new pictures up on my profile...my Irish dancer daughter and my Eagle Scout son! I'm not proud of them or anything...

I need to update my picture, I've lost over 20 lbs. since the last one I put up. Just one more thing on my to-do list!

I had a HORRIBLE eating day today.  I got into the chips and couldn't stop.  Now I can't have any real food supper cause I have a tummy ache.  UGH.

I did walk today, I actually went outside instead of the treadmill and did two miles, hope that was enough to put a dent in the calories from the chips.  I will wake up tomorrow and start over, but for the rest of today I feel like crap.

Jeannie, love the pic in your siggy!!

I made a batch of Eggface's Breakfast Bites today and had two plus 1 oz of water packed diced peaches for lunch.  MMMMMmmmmm good, and only 37 calories apiece and a ton of protein.

Don't know what I'm having for dinner.  Guess I better be deciding soon, huh?  LOL  I'll probably be up late because tomorrow's a holiday and I don't have to work!!  Hooray!

ok, its time i faced the music too.

breakfast - cheese and 4 ritz crackers
lunch - shrimp ****tail
dinner - cubed steak and a teaspoon of mashed potatoes
snack - doh!!!  a handful of BBQ chips ( Yucky)

I dont really know why I tried the stupid chips.  They didn't taste good and I haven't had them since before surgery.  But I know now, I don't miss them at all.

I am gonna have a smoothie with Marc when he gets home.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Ok - if it's confession time - here goes:

I have had a handful of tortilla chips today.  I am also sitting here with a cold can of Diet Coke.  I know, I know.  I'm drinking it very slowly, and it is one of the tiny 8 oz cans.

But for cryin' out loud - giving up cigarettes, food, and Diet Coke in the same lifetime is hard to bear!!!

Christie I opend my fridge the other day and there sat a can of cherry coke......it wasn't diet.  I have never liked sugar in my sodas only diet pop for me.  I miss my diet coke so bad.  Anyway, I looked at that can of cherry coke its been in there for months it seems, and started crying my eyes out.  I miss my diet coke, I want one so bad.  Its the only time I really feel deprived, when I think about my diet coke.  I havent given in, but I have cried lol.

I feel your pain! I can eat a sugar filled cookie and don't always regret it but  only  on a very few occassions I have had a FEW sips of a diet coke and feel like such a failure! What's up with that? Jama
