Sorry I didn't get the accountability thread going last night everybody...I fell asleep on the couch! Guess I needed it, I was exhausted!
Today will consist of church, some grocery shopping, and transcription! After my busy week last week, I'm a little behind (I've always wanted one of those...). Anyway, gotta catch up. Thankfully, the Post Office is closed tomorrow (President's Day), so that'll give me some more time to work on it. Some day off, huh?
We went out to eat at Applebee's yesterday for Valentine's day. I had a fried chicken salad, boy was it good! I ate mostly the chicken and shredded cheese. Salads really go down well for me.
Better get ready for church...have a great Sunday, everyone!

Niffer - I soo envy you. I wish I could get salad to go down good for me. I can't do raw veggies period. It sucks.
Anyways, I've gotten 20 minutes of exercise on the wii fit in so far today (10 mins yoga, 10 mins aerobics), only 100 more mins to go for today, most of that will be aerobic though. Of course I'll get exercise when the kids are here today too soo I might not get all that on the wii.
Todays plans are church, grocery shopping, babysitting and the Daytona 500. DH is a huge NASCAR fan, a guru of sorts heh and we have to watch it.
I've really fallen off track slightly and need to get back on track but with my depression I haven't gave a damn about any of it. :| Today's a new day though. Hope everyone has a good day!

I am off to a slow start this morning. I just woke up and I have to hop in the shower for church and get lunch started in the crockpot. Not alot of big plans today. Pretty much a ME day of sorts. So, I will just find time to relax and maybe do a few things that I want to do rather than have to do.
I hope everyone has a terrific day and attends the church of their choice.

Good morning everyone!
It was so nice getting together for dinner last night with my OH buds. I really wish Becky God speed tomorrow! But don't pu**** girlfriend! There will be another support meeting next month! LOL! E..please call me and keep me updated..k? Becky..if you are still a guest in St. V's on Wednesday, I'll try to make a quick trip up there while they have Bill laying around waiting to go into surgery. They always tell him to be there at like 10 AM and they take him back to prep right away...but don't take him into surgery until 4 or so! Grrrr... So...if they are running on that kind of timetable Wednesday, I'll run up and see you if you're still there. I think Bill's time on that hard bed goes by better for him if I'm not in there & he feels free to sleep and not try to keep me company. It was so nice spending time with you two last night!
Cindy..it was nice seeing you and Rebekka as well. And Miss Gail...you booger! You knew Lisa was on her way and didn't tell me!!! LOL! It was such a shock to turn around and there she was! I am so glad that Lisa, Neil, & Tonya were able to come and be with us!! I really do love your new do! I could have stood outside and talked with you guys til midnight! I would have froze my badonkadonk off, but I would have had fun doing it! LOL!
Linda..I know better than to keep anything like M&M's in the house! I could nto resist them and if I had 2? I'd eat 2 handfuls! I keep sugar-free stuff in the hosue instead. I have to fight the two fist temptation with them too though so once they are gone, they are gone. I'll have to get back in the habit of eating a sf popcycle when I want that crunch. That's my weakness. Not chocolate. But crunch. I use to LOVE jaw breakers..which I'm sure made my dentist cringe. I found some sugar-free sweethearts last night and got some for the grandkids. I tried them last night. Ummmm...I might have to pick up something else for the kiddies. That is the closest I have come to a jaw beaker since I was pre-op!

Bill got it for me right after I had plastics but then all of that happened with my intestines and I was ordered to not do anything that might possibly tighten my abdominal wall at all so...it's sitting on a shelf waiting for some day. So Misty...rejoice because you CAN do it! And do it for those of us who wish they had one..or wish they could get on the one they have.
Tracy...when you get wheels...we gotta have a girls lunch date! Pick up Kim and head this way! Make it on a Saturday so that more of us can join in, huh? Missed you not being with us last night! huggs!

That cheap crap with the Tonka name on it at WalMart is mostly plastic! THAT is NOT the Tonka we grew up with! So..he may be getting a Deere tractor instead of a dump truck! LOL! Then we'll be meeting our daughters and their families at Ryan's to celebrate the two grandsons brithdays. Let's see...lunch with OH buds on Friday. Dinner with OH buds on Saturday. Dinner with my grandbabies on Sunday. Yes, that is what I call terrific days off!!

Morning ladies!!
I'm sitting in bed being lazy this morning. I'm exhausted after yesterday. My uncle worked on my car for me - Thank God for uncles. He even let me help. No- we didn't kill each other either. The sign in his shop says he charges $150 an hour if you help him with the repairs..didn't have to pay that 
Went to Muncie yesterday afternoon to help a friend and coworker feed dinner to 16 men at the Christian ministeries. I was sooo grateful to be there to help her and to NOT spend my Valentine's day alone! Would have been my first in 15 years...instead I spent it with 16 men. Can't beat that! LOL
