Sorry to hear you won't be able to make it but that works out better for us because we weren't going to make it tomorrw either. Maybe we'll be able to meet with you next weekend.
We had a flooded basement in our house in Colorado. Problem was we hadn't been in the basement for about 3 weeks so we don't know how long it was there before we found it. It had soaked about 3 feet up all the walls. It was a mess. Had to have all the carpet and pad, baseboards and the lower part of the walls replaced. Ruined several storage cabinets too. The construction guy had to run those huge fans for 3 days to dry everything else up and remove the excess moisture. Good luck with the clean up and repairs. Hope it isn't too bad.
