HELP NEEDED!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
I dont know that if you have heard or not but I have been hospitalized with silent seizures for the past couple days. My cell phone battery is totally dead, and my car is at Brighthouse (my new employeer)
If someone could take me to Brighthouse to get my car, I would apprieciate (SP)it greatly.

I am currently at Gail's, and you can call me on her home phone number 317-783-7616. Please help me if you can. I need my phone and my car.
