I'm beat!
Well, I joined and gym and worked out for the first time yesterday. Felt pretty good about my hour work out on the bikes, treadmill, stair stepper, and elyptical. Today I had an appt with a personal trainer for an eval and workout. Boy, did I get my butt kicked. I learned that I currently have 46% body fat, twice as much as I should for my age. I also learned that cardio only will not get me where I want to be. I also have to do the strength training to turn my fat into lean muscle. So, I bought into the program and plan to get my butt kicked twice a week for the next 12 months! It is not a cheap investment, but if I'm going to do the surgery, I should do it all the way, right? Besides, I have to look SMOKIN' for my cruise in November!

Fat does not turn to muscle, it just goes away. Muscle can grow and get bigger.
Keep up the work it will show and pay benefits.

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
